The Days are Long, but the Years are Short

Not much gardening going on this year. I bad ‘flu laid me out for most of March, and I’m still not fully recovered. On the bright side, I have quit smoking again, so maybe I won’t be hacking up my lungs in a few weeks.

In lieu of gardening, I’ve been indulging my other hobby, reading. I’ve sort of been sucked into the Hugo Award neepery, as a result. The whole kerfuffle inspired me to finally collate all the books I have in my To Be Read pile for the 2015 publishing/nomination year. Some of the following have already been read, because they came out in January or February. I was shocked to see that the list to date is already over 100 titles. There is no way I will read all of these before the 2016 Hugo nominations close. Sigh. Maybe I’ll get around to posting short reviews of some of them, though.
